Su’s profile starts off normally enough: “Squids are reclusive creatures;” it’s until she says that they “collect, attach, detach, heat and pound objects” that I got the impression that she was talking about the legendary jeweler squid. Alright, I’m just making that up (g) but the truth is her company, squidglass, makes amazing fused glass pendants–often with a squid theme. And judging from nearly 1,800 sales, she’s a pretty darned good jeweler squid at that!

Squidglass pieces are definitely eclectic in style; her graphics are fused right into the glass with a distinct vintage feel while her choice of colors ranges from tame to retro-pop. One thing’s for sure–Su loves what she does as she seems to add new items to her shop daily, often 3-4 at a time.
