kimberly applegate’s plush

Kimberly Applegate is one of those artists/designers who are so prolific that it’s hard for bloggers like me to keep up. What first caught my eye were her beautiful miniature ottoman boxes, available at Live A Plush Life; wrapped in cozy fabric and available in luxurious shades of red, green or blue, I love that these come with a cute tufted top.

Her ottomans are the perfect size for holding notecards, which leads me to Kimberly’s next talent: printed on 100% cotton paper and framed with a hand-pressed, chocolate brown border, she makes beautiful 5″x5″ notecards that feature gorgeous depictions of classic chairs in various settings. It’s no surprise that these chairs are painted by Kimberly herself! Want to see more? Her work is available at Live a Plush Life (mini ottomans and notecards), joie de vivre (her blog), or The Print Shop (her artwork)!
