j.nic designs rustic jewelry

While most jewelry tends to be sparkly and ethereal, Jenn of j.Nic Designs takes on a much more grounded approach with her rustic-themed pieces. Heavily oxidized metal is a common motif, often paired with smoky quartz, semi-lustrous labradorite and other stones that perfectly complement and never overwhelm.

The overall effect is one that seems to merge the elegance of Victorian England with early Industrial/Wild-West aesthetics; this is handmade jewelry that retains many of its natural characteristics, something I enjoy immensely. It’s therefore fitting that Jenn is currently spending time in Tennessee’s pristine Smoky Mountains; orders will delayed until she returns on October 9th, but don’t be afraid to order from her shop here!
