geninne’s art store

As an artist, I most appreciate other artists who are so talented that they inspire me to create. Geninne of Mexico City is just one such artist, with watercolor artwork that is instantly memorable. Her colors are bright and vivid, and I don’t think there’s a single piece here that does *not* catch my eyes.

Geninne tends to work with organic themes, mixing in birds, fish, plants and other familiar subjects from nature; there is a bit of abstraction going on in each piece, but not so much as to be mired in hidden meanings. She even dabbles in screen printing, which only makes her work more appealing to me. If you’d like to see more, please stop by her shop here!
