Cuteable finds – leukaemia awareness
A friend of mine has to go into hospital today for a month for tests to see if she has lekaemia or if it’s something else wrong with her bone marrow. Anyway when a mutual friend asked if there was anything she could do she was told to shout it from the rooftops and get people to register here if you are in the UK and elsewhere (I don’t have details of how other countries do it, sorry) if you live anywhere other than the UK. I thought I could combine my love of cute and handmade things and see what was out there that is to do with leukaemia awareness. It’s the least I can do. If you do have details of what can be done in your own countries then please do leave the details in the comments.
Rock and Bauble has pledged to donate 10% of all proceeds to a leukaemia charity through the sale of this gorgeous lampwork beaded bracelet.
$10 of this beautiful beaded ring by Lori Delisle will be donated to charity.
Stamp Out Cancer has these cute mini ‘merci’ thank you cards for sale. They have lots more cute things too so go and check them out.

Thanks Lynsey, you’re a star and anyone else who decides to help! The register is world wide, marrow is frozen and flown to the recipient. At any one time there is the chance that there are only two donors in the whole world that will match a patient.
